Consultations

If you are interested in the possibility of retaining our legal services, please contact us and ask to set up an initial consultation, either in person or by telephone.

A few things to note before contacting us:

• We charge a $75.00 consultation fee for initial consultations lasting one-half hour or less, and may charge more for initial consultations lasting longer than one-half hour.
• Contacting us does not in itself create an attorney-client relationship. We cannot represent you until we have been retained by you, which involves your signing a fee agreement and paying any required initial fee and costs.
• We also cannot represent you until we know that doing so will not create a conflict of interest for us. Before we can meet with you for an initial consultation, we will need to know the names of any other individuals or entities who may be on the opposing side of your case.
• We cannot treat unsolicited information as confidential.
